| Lexington Communities is an organization originally created as Lake City Communities in 2009 with the purpose of renovating a run-down mobile home community within the city of Lake City, South Carolina and provide clean & safe housing for its residents. Unfortunately, our attempts to purchase this property met with failure. |
| We have since then decided to focus our energies in Lexington County, South Carolina - for two reasons: (1) there are many opportunities to purchase and renovate properties in Lexington and neighboring counties, and (2) we live in Lexington County. |
| It is our goal to not only purchase and renovate properties for rental and resale purposes, but also to assist homeowners in Lexington County to take advantage of assistance programs available to them. |
